Comparing record collections

Over the last few months, I have been comparing the record collections on My Heritage, FindMyPast and FamilySearch for the Census and Voter lists collections.  I finished the Census and Voter lists collections last week, and was about to start with the Birth, Death and Marriage collections.

However, the Birth, Death and Marriage category is a bit more complicated, as it includes Obituaries, Wills and Probate, Cemetery records, Civil registration and parish records.  Also, FindMyPast separates the collections into each state, while MyHeritage and Ancestry tend to include all the states in one larger collection.

I have therefore decided not to continue this series.  I will consider starting up again if there are enough people who express interest in further posts.
