Sunday Afternoon Genealogy Fun – A Facebook “Have You Done This?” Meme

Each week on Randy Seaver’s Genea-musings blog he has a post for Saturday night Genealogy fun. Because of the time difference, I have called my series Sunday Afternoon Genealogy Fun. This week’s mission was:

I’ve changed some of the questions since I’m Australian.

1)  Driven 100 mph : No

2)  Ridden in a helicopter: No

3)  Gone zip lining: No.

4)  Been to an AFL/VFL game: I’ve been to a few VFL games

5)  Been to Perth: No

6)  Visited Brisbane: Yes

7)  Visited Tasmania: No

8)  Visited Sydney: Yes

9)  Eaten alone at a restaurant: yes, but not often

10)  Ability to read music: yes

11) Ridden a motorcycle: I had a dink on my sister’s, but I’ve never ridden one myself

12)  Ridden a horse: yes, but not often.

13)  Stayed in a hospital: yes, when I had my two children, eye surgeries as a child, and last September for a month.

14)  Donated blood: No, I went to once but I’d just had my ears pierced so I couldn’t. Then I was too busy looking after my children

15)  Been snow skiing: Yes, once

16)  Been to SeaWorld: Yes

17)  Slept outside: yes – a couple of times on hot summe nights

18)  Driven a stick shift: yes. My dad had a stick shift and I drove his car a few times

19)  Ridden in an 18 wheeler: nope

20)  Ridden in a police car? nope

21)  Driven a boat: nope

22)  Eaten Escargot: nope.

23)  Been on a cruise:  No

24)  Run out of gas: Yes, once or twice. Had to ring the RACV to give me a $5 top up, so I could drive to a service station to fill the car up properly.

25)  Been on TV: No

26)  Eaten Sushi: Yes – I love the tuna and avocado.

27)  Seen a UFO:  no

28)  Been Bungie jumping: no

29)  Visited another continent: no

30)  Been to Port Jackson?  No.
